By accessing or using Yuto.pro you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Yuto provides AI-powered YouTube competitor analysis tools. We analyze publicly available YouTube content to help creators improve their own content strategy. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use Yuto for legitimate content creation and competitor research.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models or platform.
  • Do not use AI-generated outputs to directly infringe on others' copyright.
  • One account per user — do not share accounts or resell access.
  • Do not use Yuto to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates YouTube's terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no mid-period refunds except as stated below.
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans for first-time subscribers.
  • Usage limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

5. Intellectual Property

  • AI-generated content produced through your Yuto account is yours to use without restriction.
  • Yuto retains all rights to the platform, underlying models, and infrastructure.
  • YouTube content analyzed by Yuto remains owned by the original creators and YouTube.

6. Limitation of Liability

Yuto is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content, nor for the accuracy or suitability of any outputs. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Yuto after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
