My channel scan failed
Try again — the channel may have been temporarily unavailable. If it fails repeatedly, check that the channel URL is correct and the channel is public.
The AI response doesn't sound like the channel
Try scanning more videos from the channel, or use the single video training feature on their most representative video.
My messages ran out
Upgrade your plan or wait until the 1st of next month when your usage resets. Pro users get 2,000 messages per month.
Transcript extractor returned an error
The video may not have captions enabled. It works best with videos that have the CC button visible in the YouTube player.
I can't log in
Try resetting your password from the login page. Check your spam folder for the reset email — it arrives within 1–2 minutes.
How do I cancel my subscription
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
